Jess Patman PRESIDENT Jess is the Shore Operations Manager at Wildlife Coast Cruises and has a strong passion for the community, local tourism, sustainability, and wildlife. She has been a member of the Phillip Island Business Network (PIBN) committee since 2021. Jess is dedicated to promoting sustainable tourism and showcasing the natural beauty of the area. She values her role both at Wildlife Coast Cruises and on the PIBN committee and feels strongly about strengthening the local economy and community. |
Simonne Liberman ViCE PRESIDENT Simonne is the owner / operator of Genesta House Bed & Breakfast and has a passion for exceptional accommodation service and local tourism. Simonne has been a Registered Nurse for 30 years, President of the Inner Wheel Club of Phillip Island twice, Secretary of the Westernport Tennis Club and has been on the PIBN Committee since 2022. Kimberley Brown Kimberley is the General manager of North Pier Hotel and has a love for hospitality. Kimberley was a Bass Coast Shire Councilor from 2012 - 2016, and Deputy Mayor and Mayor. Major events and tourism, are a passion of hers for the economic, social, and wellbeing value that they bring. Currently a board member of the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Table Tennis Victoria. Secretary of the Phillip Island & San Remo Liquor accord. Samantha Hampstead Sam is the Advertising & Promotions Manager at Dead4eva Designs & Dead4eva Tattooing. With a strong background in hospitality and banking and finance including Statutory Compliance at ANZ and National President of the Finance Sector Union. Throughout her career with ANZ, Sam also sat on the Job Evaluation Committee which gained greater exposure to the Union. Sam is also an international published author who writes alternate historical fiction, as well as doing ghost writing. Along with her husband Jason, Sam also organises the Annual Phillip Island Toy Run and has recently taken on the organisation of the Phillip Island Community GP Run. |
Simon Manning Treasurer Simon is the Director of Coastal View Financial Services - Accountancy Practice. Simon has been a Certified Practicing Accountant for 30 years. He has a degree in Economics/Marketing and is a Board member of Newhaven College, Your My Sunshine Foundation & Chair Cowes of Classic Committee. Alisha Harding Alisha is the Industry Strengthening and Partnership Coordinator at Destination Phillip Island. With previous experience at Virgin Australia and the Department of Health, and a passion for travel, Alisha brings to the committee a strong background in stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking and regional collaboration. She is focused on building meaningful connections between local businesses, tourism operators and community organisations, with the goal of creating shared opportunities and long-term growth for the region. Kelsey McFadzean Marketing & Administration Officer Kelsey is a Marketing & Communications professional. Growing up on Phillip Island, Kelsey has a strong passion for tourism and events. After working various marketing roles at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, Kelsey moved to Melbourne to work in Corporate Marketing at Mercedes-Benz. Now returned to Phillip Island, Kelsey is the PIBN Marketing & Administration Officer 2 days a week and enjoys working for herself as a freelancer marketer. |
